We’re committed to giving you a fast, smooth, and reliable delivery experience — because we know you can’t wait to receive your viral finds!

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking link.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Fees

We keep delivery simple and affordable:

  • Standard Delivery: $1.99 (1–3 working days)
  • Free Delivery: Orders above $30 (after discounts)

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons (sales, holidays, product launches).

We partner with trusted couriers such as Ninja Van, J&T Express, and Qxpress to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

4. Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery Policy

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If all attempts fail, your parcel will be held for self-pick-up at our warehouse.

You may:

  • Collect your order at our warehouse:
    1 Sunview Road, #08-14 Eco-Tech @ Sunview, Singapore 627615
  • Arrange for re-delivery (delivery fee borne by customer)

Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid failed delivery attempts or extra charges.

5. Self Pick-up Option

Prefer to collect your order personally? Select Self Pick-up at checkout.

Pick-up Details:

  • Address: 1 Sunview Road, #08-14 Eco-Tech @ Sunview, Singapore 627615
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 11AM–6PM (Closed weekends & public holidays)
  • Processing time: You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is ready (usually within 1 working day).

Please wait for confirmation before heading down. Walk-ins without notice may not be served immediately. Uncollected orders after 7 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded (minus handling fees).

6. Delivery Areas

Currently, we deliver within Singapore only.

We do not deliver to the following restricted zones:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military Camps
  • Jurong Island
  • Off-shore islands

International shipping to Malaysia and other Southeast Asian regions is coming soon.

7. Mix & Match Orders

For Mix & Match items, please indicate your preferred flavors or variants under Order Notes before checkout.

  • Ensure your chosen variants are in stock.
  • If your requested flavor is unavailable or not indicated, our team will send a random available selection to avoid delays.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
