WELIVE does not store any full credit card or payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If delivery fails after three (3) attempts, customers may self-pick-up or request a re-delivery at their own cost.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant WELIVE a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and share that content across our platforms and marketing materials.

You confirm that any content you provide is original and does not infringe the rights of others.
