Is Welive Rewards free to join?

Yes. No membership fee, no subscription. Create an account and you start as a Gold member.

How do I earn points?

Shop while signed in to your WELIVE account and you earn 1 point for every S$1 (1.5 points as Platinum). You can also earn bonus points for the actions listed under Ways to earn.

How do I redeem points?

Sign in and open Rewards in My WELIVE, then choose a reward. You get a discount code you can put straight on your cart. Some vouchers need a minimum spend, shown next to the reward.

Do my points expire?

Points expire 12 months after you earn them if they are not used. When you redeem, your oldest points are used first.

How do membership tiers work?

There are two tiers — Gold and Platinum. Gold is automatic when you join. Spend S$1,000 with WELIVE to reach Platinum: you earn 1.5 points for every S$1 and get 10% off everything, applied automatically at checkout when you're signed in.

How do I get my birthday points?

Add your birthday under Rewards in My WELIVE at least 30 days before your birthday. We'll add 100 points on the day.

Can I refer a friend?

Yes. Open My WELIVE to see the current referral rewards and share your personal link.

No. Welive Points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
